The Parisian Macao Hotel, Macau

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were nice and spacious, facing the Eiffel Tower, and kept tidy for our family of 5 across 2 rooms. The service, although a bit slow with some initial issues, was friendly and exceptionally helpful, especially the Filipinos. The location was superb, right at the center of Cotai Strip, near various attractions and with convenient transportation options. The dining options were quite good, offering a wide selection and great value for the price.

The hotel offers stunning views of the Eiffel Tower, but the rooms are a bit small compared to other options. However, the suite facing the Eiffel Tower provides a unique and memorable experience. The service is exceptional, although there were some disturbances late at night. The location is elegant and fragrant, ideal for a pleasant stay, but lacks proximity to certain attractions. The dining options are good but could use more variety for vegetarians. Overall, a charming hotel with some room for improvements.

The hotel is in a prime location with luxurious decor, meeting our requirements comfortably. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, still had a faint smell of cigarettes which was a bit disappointing considering the grand approach to the hotel. The service was exceptional, with helpful and accommodating staff making our stay special, even organizing a surprise cake for my birthday, though demanding to see the same credit card used for booking despite full payment. The location was excellent and very close to Senado Square, but the bed was unexpectedly firm for this level of quality. The dining experience, although diverse, was crowded and offered limited choices until the last buffet minute. Facilities were very luxurious and enjoyable.

The hotel had fantastic facilities, and the entertainment options within the hotel were a definite plus.
